Discrete Rectifiers
PD&E Electronics specializes in various low to high current, and low to high voltage industrial discrete rectifiers for countless applications. Stable operation can be observed at high temperatures with reverse voltage ratings up to 1500 volts and forward current ratings up to 300 amperes. Packaging Options
Silicon Rectifiers, Zeners, and Transient Voltage Suppressors are available in a variety of JEDEC-type packaging with a wide range of voltage and current ratings. Hermetically sealed packages are available in glass, ceramic, and metal while moisture resistant packages are available in plastic and epoxy.
Standard plating for all metal package devices is tin with silver and gold plating available upon request
