Rectifier Modules
Assorted Single and Three Phase Bridges, Doublers and Center Tap Rectifiers, Voltage Multipliers, and Rectifier Modules are available in a variety of packages. Most modules utilize silicon hermetically sealed glass-passivated rectifiers with a high temperature cavity-free junction and are metallurgically bonded to provide reliable performance in harshest of environments.

The temperature range of our rectifier modules range from -65 to 175°C

Our discrete units are typically hermetically sealed and use glass-passivated silicon rectifiers in their construction.
