High Power Rectifiers
PD&E Electronics offers High Power Rectifiers, Transient Surge Suppressors, Single and Three Phase Bridges, and other types of custom High Power Units. The units support output currents to 1500 amps and output voltages as high as 40,000 volts. The combination of low thermal resistance and highly thermally conductive materials makes these high-power units extremely effective, even under worst case conditions.
Every unit can be customized to meet industrial, military, or custom requirements.

Packaging Options
We offer unique and standard packaging designs, which provide essential characteristics required of the device. Our discrete units are typically hermetically sealed and use glass-passivated silicon rectifiers in their construction. Assemblies can be enclosed in epoxy, plastic, or metal cases or unique designs as required.
