PD&E Electronics was founded in 1967 as a semiconductor company, serving 12 local customers by the end of its first year. The company initially specialized in building custom assemblies for semiconductor companies in the Boston area. This foundation paved the way for significant growth with the acquisition of three product line; ITT Selenium Div., Curtis-Wright Thermal Relays, and North Hills RF Coil Line. We manufacture tens of thousands of different types of components and continue to build high reliability products for Industry and US. Defense Agencies.

Discrete Rectifiers
Silicon Rectifiers, Zeners, and Transient Voltage Suppressors are available in a variety of JEDEC-type packaging with a wide variety of voltage and current ratings.
Rectifier Modules
Assorted Single and Three Phase Bridges, Doublers and Center Tap Rectifiers, Voltage Multipliers, and Rectifier Modules are available in a variety of packages.
High Voltage Rectifiers
High Voltage Rectifiers are available as Solid-State Tube Replacements, Cartridge Replacements, Axial Lead Stick Replacements, and Module Assemblies.
High Power Rectifiers
High Power Rectifiers, Transient Surge Suppressors, Single and Three Phase Bridges, as well as other types of High Power Units are available through PD&E Electronics.
Circuit Board Assemblies
PCBs are available in single or multi-layer, through hole or surface mount, and can be engineered to any dimensional requirement. Military and commercial level boards are available.

Power Supplies
We design and manufacture a broad range of power supplies such as AC-DC, DC-AC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and custom designs. These are stable at high frequencies, have low output distortion and highly regulated output voltages.
Custom Assemblies
PD&E Electronics specializes in the design and engineering of a diverse range of custom assemblies, including circuit cards, panels, filters, encapsulated servo amplifiers, and indicator display lights.
